If you wish
to apply for a grant, please print and complete the on-line form and submit
to the address indicated on the form, together with the following information:-
- Outline of the project
- Cost of the project
- Latest financial statements for the organisation
- Any background information on the organisation eg, publicity material, brochures, leaflets etc.
